Infused Garlic Bread
Garlic bread might be the perfect edible: the butter carries the dose, the spread reaches every corner, and a baguette cuts into equal slices without a scale. Mix thoroughly and the loaf portions itself.

Ingredients
Makes 8 servings, about 24 mg THC in the whole batch
Instructions
- 1
Make the butter
Mash the roasted garlic, parsley, and salt into the soft butter, then work in the infused butter until the mix is one even color. Even color is even dose.
5 min - 2
Spread edge to edge
Halve the baguette lengthwise and spread the butter all the way to the crust on both halves. Corners count; they become slices.
- 3
Bake at 350 F
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until the edges toast golden. Gentle heat keeps the THC where you put it.
12 min - 4
Slice even, serve honest
Cut each half into four equal pieces so the loaf gives eight matching slices. One slice, one known dose; label the board for guests.
Tips from the kitchen
- Mix the two butters longer than feels necessary. Streaks of plain butter mean uneven slices.
- Serve alongside dinner and say what is infused. Good hosting is clear hosting.
