Guacamole with Infused Olive-Oil Drizzle
Party dips are where dosing goes to die: once a dosed bowl is shared, nobody knows what they ate. This guacamole solves it the Canabee way — the guac itself stays plain, and each serving gets its own measured half-teaspoon of infused olive oil on top.

Ingredients
Makes 6 servings, about 18 mg THC in the whole batch
Instructions
- 1
Mash
Halve the avocados and mash them chunky with the lime juice and salt. Smooth guacamole hides nothing; chunky carries the drizzle better anyway.
5 min - 2
Fold
Fold in onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Taste and adjust salt and lime. The bowl stays entirely unmedicated.
- 3
Portion
Scoop into individual servings, or set the bowl out with a card that says plainly that the drizzle is infused.
- 4
Dose each serving
Measure half a teaspoon of infused olive oil over each single serving. No heat ever touches the oil, so the milligrams you measured are the milligrams they get.
Tips from the kitchen
- Dosing per-serving instead of per-bowl is the single best habit for infused entertaining.
- Write the mg per drizzle on a card next to the bowl. Guests deserve the number.
