Classic Cannabis Brownies

The brownie is the original edible for good reason. This version is rich and fudgy, and because it is portioned into an even grid, each square is easy to dose.

    Cool and cut

Cool completely, then cut into an even 4 by 4 grid so every square carries a similar dose.

Tips from the kitchen

  • An even grid is your dosing tool. Sixteen equal squares means a predictable amount per serving.
  • Start low and go slow: eat one square, then wait at least two hours before deciding on more.
